Become a Silver Partner and get a 20% discount

By participating in this promotion (the “Promotion”), you hereby agree to abide by General Promotion Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) available at https://www.nakivo.com/resources/promo/nakivo-promotion-general-terms/ and Nakivo Privacy Policy available at https://www.nakivo.com/support/privacy-policy/ (the “Privacy Policy”). If you do not agree with the Terms and/or Privacy Policy, do not participate in the Promotion.

Participants who complete all the requirements of the Promotion are eligible to get the 20% discount rate applicable to the NAKIVO Silver Status for partners.

Promotion Period:

Start date: February 22, 2021
End date: March 31, 2021 .

Eligible Products :

The following products are eligible for the Promotion:

  • NAKIVO Backup & Replication software;
  • NAKIVO support and maintenance services.

Eligible Participants:

  • A company or its affiliates which have not previously registered or purchased any NAKIVO products from NAKIVO or from any NAKIVO partners.
  • Existing NAKIVO partners are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
  • End users of NAKIVO products are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
  • Eligibility will be determined by NAKIVO at its sole discretion.

Promotion Requirements:

To get the 20% discount rate applicable to the NAKIVO Silver Status for partners, participants must complete the following steps:

  • Sign up as a NAKIVO partner before the Promotion end date.
  • Receive a call or an email from a NAKIVO representative with further instructions.

IMPORTANT: Once a participant signs up for the Promotion (before March 31, 2021), they are eligible to get the 20% discount rate applicable to Silver Status partners for quarters 1 and 2 of 2021 (from February 22 to June 30, 2021). After June 30, 2021, the participant will be reverted to the partner status and discount rate that corresponds to the requirements of applicable partnership level fulfilled by the partner as of said date.

Participants must meet the following conditions:

  • Participants must use their business email address to sign up for the Promotion.
  • The information provided by participants in the form must be correct and accurate.
  • Participants agree that a NAKIVO representative may contact them to clarify the information provided in the sign-up form.

Miscellaneous

  • NAKIVO reserves the sole right to revise or cancel the Promotion at any time, for any reason and without further notice.
  • NAKIVO reserves the right of refusal of any claim that, in the sole judgment of NAKIVO, does not meet the requirements or specifications outlined herein for Promotion eligibility and participation.
  • NAKIVO expressly disclaims any and all liability relating to the results of any of its marketing plans or programs.
  • The Promotion is subject to applicable laws and regulations and void where prohibited.
  • The Promotion cannot be combined or cumulated with any other NAKIVO offers, promotions, campaigns, or sales programs, if not otherwise determined by NAKIVO.
  • The Promotion is available worldwide.
