By participating in this promotion (the “Promotion”), you hereby agree to abide by the General Promotion Terms & Conditions available at www.nakivo.com/resources/promo/nakivo-promotion-general-terms/ (the “Terms”) and NAKIVO Privacy Policy available at www.nakivo.com/support/privacy-policy/ (the “Privacy Policy”). If you do not agree with the Terms and/or Privacy Policy, do not participate in the Promotion.

Promotion Period

End date: March 31, 2024.

Eligible Participants

  • New customers (real persons or companies) with a Synology or a QNAP or an ASUSTOR NAS in their infrastructure.
  • Resellers are eligible for the Promotion.
  • The Promotion is available worldwide.

Promotion Requirements

To become eligible for the discount, the participant must send proof of using a Synology or a QNAP or an ASUSTOR NAS in their IT infrastructure with one of the following options:

  • By confirming the purchase of hardware; OR
  • By sending a screenshot of NAKIVO Backup & Replication installed on a QNAP or Synology or an ASUSTOR NAS.

Promotion Reward

If the Promotion Requirements are met, the participant receives a 15% discount on one new purchase. The discount is applicable to all perpetual licenses of NAKIVO Backup & Replication.

Miscellaneous

  • The Promotion cannot be combined with or added to any other NAKIVO offers, promotions, campaigns, or sales programs, with the exception of the Deal Registration Promotion above, unless stated otherwise by NAKIVO.
  • NAKIVO reserves the sole right to revise or cancel the Promotion at any time, for any reason and without further notice.
  • NAKIVO reserves the right to refuse any claim that, in the sole judgment of NAKIVO, does not meet the requirements or specifications outlined herein for Promotion eligibility criteria.
  • NAKIVO expressly disclaims any and all liability relating to the results of any of its marketing plans or programs.
  • Participants are solely responsible for any costs, expenses, taxes, and customs fees due in connection with the advantages or gains granted by this Promotion.
  • The Promotion is subject to applicable laws and regulations and void where prohibited.
