Silver Level Promo (Silver level for newly signed up resellers)

Terms and Conditions Promotion: Become a partner and get a Silver level

By participating in this promotion (the “Promotion”), you hereby agree to abide by the General Promotion Terms & Conditions available at https://www.nakivo.com/resources/promo/nakivo-promotion-general-terms/ (the “Terms”) and NAKIVO Privacy Policy available at https://www.nakivo.com/support/privacy-policy/ (the “Privacy Policy”). If you do not agree with the Terms and/or Privacy Policy, do not participate in the Promotion. New resellers who register as partners and complete all the Promotion requirements can receive the Silver partner level and a 20% discount rate for the following quarter.

Promotion Period

If all the Promotion Requirements are met during Q4 2025, the participant receives Silver level for Q1 2026

Eligible Participants

  • Only new resellers who have not registered as a NAKIVO partner before are eligible for the Promotion.
  • Affiliates of resellers previously registered with NAKIVO are not eligible for the Promotion. For the purposes of the Promotion, “Affiliate” shall mean an entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under the common control of the Referrer’s company. For the purposes of this definition, control means the legal, beneficial, or equitable ownership, directly or indirectly, whether through the ownership of voting shares, by contract, or otherwise.
  • End-users of NAKIVO products are not eligible for the Promotion.
  • The Promotion is available worldwide.

Promotion Requirements

To receive NAKIVO Silver Partner level and the applicable discount, participants must complete all of the following steps:

  • Complete the Partner Sign Up form;
  • Test NAKIVO Backup & Replication and return the Support bundle;
  • Certify at least one NAKIVO Sales Professional (certification is free);
  • Certify at least one NAKIVO Technical Professional (certification is free);
  • Add the description of NAKIVO Backup & Replication to their website; and
  • Register at least one deal.

Promotion Reward

If all the Promotion Requirements are met during Q4 2025, the participant receives Silver level for Q1 2026. After the end of the respective quarter, the participant’s level and discount rate will be changed to correspond to the requirements fulfilled for the NAKIVO Partner Program. Completing the Partner Sign Up form and returning the Support bundle automatically gives the participant the Bronze level discount under the Partner program.

Miscellaneous

  • The discount obtained during the Promotion can be combined with an additional 10% discount for each registered deal that fulfills the eligibility criteria of the Deal Registration promotion.
  • The Promotion cannot be combined with or added to any other NAKIVO offers, promotions, campaigns, or sales programs, except for the Deal Registration Promotion above, unless stated otherwise by NAKIVO.
  • NAKIVO reserves the sole right to revise or cancel the Promotion at any time, for any reason and without further notice.
  • NAKIVO reserves the right to refuse any claim that, in the sole judgment of NAKIVO, does not meet the requirements or specifications outlined herein for Promotion eligibility criteria.
  • NAKIVO expressly disclaims any and all liability relating to the results of any of its marketing plans or programs.
  • Participants are solely responsible for any costs, expenses, taxes, and customs fees due in connection with the advantages or gains granted by this Promotion.
  • The Promotion is subject to applicable laws and regulations and void where prohibited.
