In pursuit to improve NAKIVO webinars, we encourage attendees of the webinar “Achieving a Ransomware-Resilient Backup Strategy with NAKIVO” (the “Webinar”) to complete a post-webinar survey (the “Survey”). To win a USD 100 or equivalent value (EUR 85, or GBP 70) Amazon eGift Card, respond to the Survey at the end of the Webinar session or by clicking the link in the post-Webinar email.

By participating in this Promotion (the “Promotion”), you hereby agree to abide by General Promotion Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) available at https://www.nakivo.com/resources/promo/nakivo-promotion-general-terms/ and Privacy Policy available at https://www.nakivo.com/support/privacy-policy/ (the “Privacy Policy”). If you do not agree with the Terms and/or Privacy Policy, do not participate in the Promotion.

2. Eligible Participants

• Only attendees of the Webinar are eligible to participate in the Promotion.
• Eligibility will be determined by NAKIVO at its sole discretion.
• The Promotion is available worldwide.

3. Promotion Requirements

• Participants must use a business email address and enter the company name to participate in the Webinar and the Promotion.
• To obtain the Amazon eGift Card, either respond to the Survey at the end of the Webinar session without leaving the Webinar or click the link in the post-Webinar email.
• The Survey is to be filled out completely in full accordance with the instructions therein within one (1) week term from Webinar date.
• Participation in the Promotion is free. No NAKIVO product purchases are required to participate.
• All responses must be submitted and received before the Promotion End Date for a participant to be eligible for an Amazon eGift Card.
• The winner will be announced on July 8, 2025, via e-mail.

4. Amazon eGift Cards

• Depending on the region, Eligible Participants may receive a USD 100 or equivalent value (EUR 85, or GBP 70) Amazon eGift Card.
• Each Eligible Participant (company) may receive only one Amazon eGift Card. Participation in the Survey is limited to one employee and/or authorized representative of any given company.
• The number of Amazon eGift Cards for the Promotion is limited to 1 per every NAKIVO Webinar session (EMEA, Americas, Asia/Australia, Spain, Mexico/LATAM, Italy, France).
• After an Eligible Participant gets an email confirming that NAKIVO received Survey answers, you will enter a draw and a winner will get a notification email of being granted an Amazon eGift Card on July 8, 2025 via email. The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries via Randompicker.com.
• Amazon eGift Cards shall be sent to Eligible Participants by July 18, 2025.

5. Rights to Submitted Information

• You hereby grant NAKIVO and its affiliates an irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual license to use your Webinar responses for improving, marketing, and/or selling NAKIVO’s products. Except as otherwise set forth herein, the use of the information submitted in the Survey is governed by NAKIVO’s Privacy Policy.

6. Miscellaneous

• NAKIVO is not responsible for: registration errors, lost, late, or misdirected entries, or telecommunication or computer hardware or software failures in connection with your participation.
• No purchase, payment or valuable consideration necessary to enter or win. Open to participants of legal age. Void at the states or territories, where prohibited by law. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received.
• NAKIVO reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Promotion, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any factor beyond NAKIVO reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by NAKIVO. NAKIVO further reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or the administration of the Promotion.
• NAKIVO makes no warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact, or in law, relative to the Survey, or the use of the Amazon eGift Card card including, without limitation, quality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
• Participants are solely responsible for any costs, expenses, taxes, and customs fees due in connection with the Amazon eGift Card, its delivery, and its use.
• NAKIVO expressly disclaims any and all liability relating to the results of any of its marketing plans or programs.
• This Promotion cannot be combined or cumulated with any other NAKIVO offers, promotions, campaigns, or sales programs if otherwise is not determined by NAKIVO.
• The Promotion is subject to applicable laws and regulations and void where prohibited.
